Do I need a subscription?
No purchase is available during beta. Eligible beta accounts currently receive complimentary Plus, and nothing is charged. If paid plans launch later, we will show the price and terms before any purchase.
Where does the audio go?
Continuous audio never leaves the box. The two short-audio exceptions are owner-enabled detection clips and separately consented blind research samples. Detection clips are opt-in and retention-limited; daily scheduled cleanup applies the selected retention setting, and failed deletions may be retried.
How many birds can it recognize?
512 species. When your box hears a species we don't have an illustration for yet, we generate one and add it to your atlas.
Can I cancel Plus?
There is currently no paid subscription to cancel. If paid Plus launches later, cancellation and renewal terms will be shown before purchase.
